The teethers have white ear inserts that can separate from the main ear.
The hazards to consumers
If the white ear insert detaches from the teether, it may become lodged in an infant's throat and pose a choking or suffocation hazard.
What consumers should do
Consumers should immediately cease using these products and return the products to any Kmart store for a full refund.
