All yoke clamp regulator first stages with serial numbers that fall between 7010001 and 7053528. The product was sold through various dive retail outlets.
Reasons the product is recalled
A fault has been identified with a very small number of yoke clamp screws which affects the security of the yoke clamp while under pressure.

Please return the yoke clamp screw to the place of purchase so that it can be returned to Aquanaut for evaluation. The yoke clap screw will be returned quickly or replaced if a faulty unit is found.
