Reason the product is recalled

The finished product(s) have been found to contain an unacceptably high level of gram positive bacteria, Staphylococcus saprophyticus, S. xylosus, and S. lentus.

The hazards to consumers

Presence of these bacteria may result in infections, such as conjunctivitis or blepharitis.

What consumers should do

Please immediately stop using It’s A Fine Line Liquid Eye Liner and return it for a full refund by returning the product to your Arbonne consultant or calling Customer Service at 1-800-650-760 and Arbonne will send a pre-paid shipping label to return the product bearing the recalled lot number. When returning the product, consumers are asked to clearly mark the shipping package on the outside as follows: ATTENTION: RECALLED PRODUCT.
