Personal Care Body Wash
What are the defects?
The product has been found to contain an unacceptably high level of a Gram positive bacterium, Staphylococcus cohnii, which is an opportunistic pathogen that lives on the skin.
What are the hazards?
Staphylococcus cohnii can cause infection in immunocompromised patients.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should immediately stop using Rescue & Renew Detox Body Wash and return it for a full refund. Consumers can arrange the refund by calling Customer Service on 1800 650 760 to receive a pre-paid shipping label to return the product bearing the recalled lot number. When returning the product, consumers are asked to clearly mark the shipping package on the outside as follows: ATTENTION: RECALLED PRODUCT.
