3500kg rated steel tow ball mount suitable for 50mm x 50mm hitch receiver
What are the defects?
During production some materials used were not to the correct specifications. Under certain circumstances the tow ball mount can break at the bend next to the tow ball.
What are the hazards?
If the defect occurs whilst towing this may result in the towed trailer or caravan separating from the tow vehicle, causing a possible accident hazard to the vehicle occupants and other road users.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should immediately stop using the tow ball mount and contact Ark Corporation for a replacement.
