Reason the product is recalled
An incorrect 12 volt battery charging socket fitted to the generator may allow the associated 12 volt plug to be connected to the 240 volt outlet, posing the risk of electrocution.

What consumers should do
Cease using immediately, and return generator to the place of purchase or contact Austech Industries on (07) 3723 1500 or email david@austechindustries.com.au for details of free modification. Austech will pay for all costs including any transport that may be incurred.
