What are the defects?
The face paints do not have the mandatory ingredient label, as required by the Trade Practices (Consumer Product Information Standards) (Cosmetics) Regulations 1991.
What are the hazards?
Users may be exposed to cosmetic ingredients they are sensitive or allergic to. If a user suffers an adverse reaction they will not be able to check the ingredients list to identify the possible causes and seek appropriate treatment.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should immediately stop using these products and contact Australia Manolite on 03 9088 2855 or email info@fofo.com.au for a full refund of the purchase price.
