Adjustable Flat to Incline/Decline Bench used for free weight exercises. It has a two piece back rest which is fully adjustable allowing you to workout in flat to incline (90 degrees) and decline positions.
What are the defects?
When the bench is in the flat position there is potential that it could slip into the decline position unexpectedly.
