What are the hazards?
The product contains small beads and pellets, which may be inhaled during inflation or deflation. Inhaling the beads or pellets can lead to choking, internal injuries and even death.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should return the item to the retailer where they purchased it from for a full refund.
