Reasons the product is recalled
If all of the rod is filled with water and frozen, the expansion of the ice could crack the rod, which may result in small parts of plastic breaking off into the bottle. These small parts may cause a possible choking hazard if swallowed.

Choking.
What consumers should do
Purchasers should immediately remove and discard the rod therefore making the bottle safe to use. Alternatively the bottle may be returned to the place of purchase for a full refund. Any enquiries should be directed to the Safety & Compliance Manager.
