Reason the product is recalled
High temperature can occur at the internal switch plate, causing the contacts to spread and the polymer support plate to degrade.
The hazards to consumers
This poses a risk of arcing and eventual catastrophic failure, resulting in fire.
What consumers should do
Owners should immediately shut down the PV system following the standard shutdown procedure.

If a consumer suspects they have one of the affected units, they should have an electrician inspect and replace the DC isolators.
