Reason the product is recalled
It has been found that items on the toy tray such as the traffic light stickers and the steering wheel can easily detach resulting in a choking inhalation hazard to young children. When the tray is removed from the walker, the battery compartment lid may also release too easily giving a child access to the batteries.
