Reason the product is recalled
It has been identified that the items on the toy tray, such as the traffic light stickers and the steering wheel can easily detach resulting in a potential ingestion hazard for young children. When the tray is removed from the walker, the battery compartment may also release too easily giving a child access to the batteries.
