ONLY horns manufactured with a 2 piece mouthpiece are affected.

Identifying features

The party horns do not have a batch # but these are easily identifiable by looking at the moutpiece of the horn. The 2 piece horns have a white barrel and contained within is a opaque whistle component. If the horn contains a single molded ALL WHITE mouthpiece the product is not affected by this recall.
