The rear tail wings of the Batmobile are made of rigid plastic and come to a point, which may pose a potential hazard to young children.

Minor injury.
What consumers should do
Remove the toy from children immediately and contact Mattel Australia toll-free on 1800 674 753 between Monday-Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm (Australian EST) to order a free modification kit. The modification kit contains two wings without pointed ends that can be fitted.
