Lift-All V series Chain Block C/W Overload Protection’
What are the defects?
The retaining spring could dislodge causing some ball bearings to fall out of the chain block. As a consequence, the top hook block could separate from the chain block causing the chain block to fall.
What are the hazards?
If the defect occurs, the chain block may pose a crush hazard to consumers.
What should consumers do?
Stop using the chain block immediately. Inspect top hook block according to instructions. If the grub screw is present recommence using chain block. If the grub screw is not present, contact Beaver Brands for collection and repair of chain block.
