The product does not comply with mandatory safety standard for Portable Swimming Pools. Portable swimming pools and their retail packaging must display a permanent warning message. In this instance the product did not feature the warning label on the retail packaging. The permanent warning label is included on the product.
What are the hazards?
When purchasing the product consumers may not have been made aware of the drowning hazard associated with Portable Swimming Pools.
