In some circumstances, the locking pin on the chair leg may fail.

If the defect occurs whilst in use, the chair can become unstable or collapse, possibly causing injury.
What consumers should do
Customers should immediately stop using the chair and return the product to any Woolworths Supermarket or BIG W store for a full refund.
