What are the defects?
The pyjama pants do not comply with the requirements of the mandatory standard Consumer Goods (Children's Nightwear and Limited Daywear and Paper Patterns for Children's Nightwear) Safety Standard 2017. The pants fail the requirement for maximum garment length. They also do not have a numerical garment size.
What are the hazards?
If the pants are too long they may pose a fire risk to the wearer.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should immediately stop using the pants and contact Blessed Earth by calling 07 5429 6811 or emailing info@blessedearth.com.au to arrange a refund.
