The battery compartment may not be adequately secured with a screw and the button batteries in the product may be easily accessible.
The hazards to consumers
If young children gain access to the button batteries and ingest them, they may suffer internal burn injuries, which can result in serious illness and even death. In addition, the batteries may pose a choking hazard to young children.
What consumers should do
Consumers should immediately stop using the product and return the product to their local Spotlight store for a refund of the purchase price.
