What are the defects?
The white button of the carry handle may pop out when the carry cot or seat is resting on the ground or is placed on an unstable surface.
What are the hazards?
If the white button pops out, the carry handle may detach. If this occurs while the carry cot or seat is occupied, there may be a fall and/or choking hazard to the child.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should cease using the product and contact Bugaboo at www.bugaboo.com/carryhandle to fill out a request form for a new carry handle, which will be sent by mail.
