Reason the product is recalled

The fork on the bicycle can develop cracking and over time lead to the separation of the front axle from the fork.

The hazards to consumers

If cracking is not identified and the front axle becomes separated from the bicycle, this can lead to loss of control of the bicycle causing serious injury.
