Link bracket assemblies are usually used to lift components during maintenance and repairs of equipment. Supply Period: February 2002 to end September 2002. The link bracket assemblies have the following reference numbers: 163-6455, 138-7573, 138-7574.
Reasons the product is recalled
May contain surface cracks in the link portion of the assembly which may cause the link bracket to break and cause the load that it is supporting to drop.
What consumers should do
Return the link bracket to Gough & Gilmore where it will be tested and, if found to be faulty, will be replaced (including freight costs).
