What are the defects?
The inner zip on the bag does not have a child-resistant slide fastener.
What are the hazards?
In contravention of the mandatory safety standard for bean bags, the inner bag is not fitted with a child-resistant slide fastener and may therefore provide access to the polystyrene beads, which pose a potential choking hazard to young children.
What should consumers do?
Customers should cease using these products immediately. Return the bean bag cover to any Cheap as Chips store for a refund of the purchase price.
