The product has been incorrectly labelled as dishwasher and microwave safe.

The gold rim around the product will overheat when placed in a dishwasher or microwave.

The hazards to consumers

There is a risk of burns if a consumer makes contact with the gold rim, or if the rim ignites a fire inside an appliance.

What consumers should do

Consumers should stop using the product immediately.

Consumers should return the product to the place of purchase to receive a free replacement or refund.
