Does not comply with the Australian mandatory standard 'Consumer Goods (Babies Dummies and Dummy Chains) Safety Standard 2017' as the warning label, instructions for use including dummy hygienic care, and manufacturer or distribution contact information were not included on product packaging.
What are the hazards?
Warning notice or hygienic care instructions were not provided to consumers and dummies should be inspected for damage or weakness before use. A cord or ribbon attached to a dummy may pose a strangulation hazard.
What should consumers do?
