The product C2015D4 in white only was manufactured by Clipsal in China on 15, 16 and 17 June 2006. The products were sold in Australia between 27 July 2006 and 22 August 2006.
Reasons the product is recalled
Up to 500 of the product have had the red and green terminal identification reversed during the manufacturing and assembly process.
