Product description
The candles are either white or gold with glitter coating and are shaped like a Christmas tree, star, or angel. Each shape is approximately 10cm in height and is individually wrapped in clear plastic with a ribbon tied in a bow.
Reasons the product is recalled
The glitter coating on the candle may catch alight and remain alight for longer than permitted under the Competition and Consumer Act (2010) Permanent Ban on Combustible Candle Holders.
The hazards to consumers
Burns, serious injury, or death could result if the glitter coating catches alight and causes a fire.
What consumers should do
Cease using the product immediately and return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
