A fault has been detected with an internal component which may prevent correct operation of shut-off feature.
The hazards to consumers
The shut-off failure may occur in some valves with a risk of flooding should the hose connected fail.
What consumers should do
Consumers are advised to remove the FS 037 valve component from the BV 120 Flood Stop Isolating Ball Valve and contact Con-Serv direct for component exchange on 07 3630 5744 or warranty@con-serv.com.au
