Product description
The product consists of a red, black, green, orange or blue toy gun, with a plastic chamber that contains multicoloured foam discs. Sold in discount stores throughout Australia between April 2003 & April 2004.
Reasons the product is recalled
The multicoloured foam discs in the plastic chamber are an inhalation/choking hazard.
The hazards to consumers
The projectile foam discs were found to be a significant inhalation/choking hazard, as defined by AS/NZS ISO 8124.1:2002
What consumers should do
Immediately remove the toys from the child's reach and return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
