What are the defects?
Excessive bending of the item parts may cause the wire support to break. The wire may pierce the protective cloth/covering material and may expose a bare wire.
What are the hazards?
If the wire support breaks and exposes a bare wire, the product may pose an injury hazard, especially to small children.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should stop using the product and return the product to their local Costco Warehouse for a full refund.
