The battery charger, model GJS150-420200 was supplied with the self-balancing scooter / hoverboard.
Why the product is recalled
The battery charger may not comply with the Australian electrical safety standards and is not approved.
What the hazards are to consumers
There is a potential risk of fire and/or electric shock.
What consumers should do
• Stop using the charger immediately, switch off the power at the socket outlet and unplug it.
• Replacement chargers have been sent to all affected customers along with instructions on how to dispose of the faulty charger.
