The product contains concentrations of hydrogen peroxide in excess of the recognised safe limit of 6% w/w as set by the Poisons Standard 2011, expert clinical advice, and published scientific risk assessments.
The hazards to consumers
The user may suffer irritation or inflammation to the gums and mouth due to the excessively high concentration of hydrogen peroxide in the product.
What consumers should do
Consumers should cease using the product immediately and return it to the supplier for a full refund. Customers will be contacted by email and given further instructions.
