Consumers should contact Crommelins, the service agent appointed by the
manufacturer (Fuji Heavy Insdutry) in respect of this defect.
Crommelins' contact telephone number is 1300 554 524 between 8:30 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. The relevant contact person is Ron Morrision. Customers will be directed to return the generator to their closest Crommelins service agents, who will arrange for remedial action in replacing the fuel tank with a new one at no extra charge.
