250 gram marked Made in Indonesia and sold after September 2000. The product comes in four varieties - Family Fresh, Fresh Bouquet, Fresh Mist and Cologne Fresh - and is sold in supermarkets and pharmacies throughout Australia.
Reasons the product is recalled
May contain a low level of microbiological contamination. There is a low risk that the use of this talc on areas with sores, open wounds or broken skin could cause a very serious infection.

Return the product to Cussons Pty Ltd 282-300 Hammond Road, Dandenong VIC 3175. Cussons will refund postage and retail price of the product. Please include your name and postal address for your refund. If you choose not to return the product please dispose of it safely.
