The dummy chain may get caught around an infant/child's throat and pose a strangulation hazard.
What consumers should do
Consumers should stop using the dummy chain until they have checked the length of the chain. If the dummy chain is longer than 22cm, consumers should return the product to the supplier to receive a replacement.
