The products are operated with button batteries. The button battery warning symbols and information is not attached securely to the product.
The hazards to consumers
Consumers may be unaware that the product uses a button battery and the risks posed by button batteries.
If young children gain access to button batteries and ingest them, they are likely to suffer severe internal burn injuries, which can result in serious injury or death.
Button batteries also pose a choking hazard to young children.
What consumers should do
