The items fail to comply with the requirements of the interim ban on flammable candle holders. Additionally, in some instances the leaves and beads are postioned incorrectly and may catch fire.
The hazards to consumers
If the candle flame comes into contact with one of the decorative leaves or beads, the holder may catch alight.
