What are the defects?
In some instances the steel drawer may buckle out of shape during use, preventing it from being closed properly to extinguish the flame.
What are the hazards?
If the drawer buckles during use, the user may accidentally slam the drawer shut in an attempt to extinguish the flame, causing the fuel to spill and creating a risk of fire.
What should consumers do?
Cease using the product immediately and return it to the nearest Dusk store for a FULL REFUND or for an alternative MoodFlame model.
