What are the defects?
The bench seat's fixing screws may come loose and fall off the support legs' mounting frames, and the bench may collapse.
What are the hazards?
If the chair collapses while a person is sitting on it, there is a risk of injury to the user.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should stop using the product and should contact Early Settler to arrange for the product to be returned. Replacement products will be available in March 2022.
