There is a risk of failure in the terminal block connector which may result in overheating and damage to the air conditioning unit.

Consumers should call toll free 1800 880 566 Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.30pm to organise a service technician to check and if necessary replace the terminal block connector. You should have your model and serial number available when calling.
