The product is labelled 2+ however, one of the sponges, shaped like a whale, tears easily and does not meet the AS/NZS ISO 8124.1:2002 standard for small parts for children under 36 months.

The sponge may tear into smaller pieces and may pose a choking hazard.
What consumers should do
Consumers can return products to stores for a full refund or dispose of all the sponges and continue to use the paint.
