Reasons the product is recalled
The three wooden rings can be broken if dropped or impacted during use, presenting a choking hazard for infants and thereby breaching the mandatory standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age, AS/NZS 8124.1:2002 (as amended by the regulation).

If small parts are liberated during use, this poses a potential choking hazard to young children.
