What are the defects?
The button battery compartment of the product may not be adequately secured and the battery may be accessible.
What are the hazards?
If young children gain access to the button battery and ingest it, they may suffer internal burn injuries, which can result in serious illness and even death. In addition, the battery may pose a choking hazard to young children.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should immediately stop using the product and keep it out of the reach of children.
