Reason the product is recalled
A component fault within the unit can cause overheating of the rear plastic bracket. This overheating can lead to the heaters falling of the mounting bracket, resulting in a potential risk of electric shock and/or fire.
The hazards to consumers
Electric shock, fire.
What consumers should do
Immediately stop using the heater and disconnect the unit from the power source. Do not attempt to remove or dismantle heater. To arrange for a replacement or refund consumers should go to the Hagemeyer website (www.euroluxheating.com.au/recall ) or call 1800 224 026 (Mon-Fri 8am-8pm EDST)
