In an extremely weakened battery condition, the product may indicate zero volts or a low voltage reading when testing a live circuit.

1.Stop using your clamp meter or multimeter even if you have not experienced any issues.

2.Check the model number on the front of your product and the serial number on the rear and then consult the chart above to confirm your instrument is affected.
