Some garments do not carry the required fire hazard information as required by the mandatory standard for children's nightwear and limited daywear, AS/NZS 1249:2003, as amended by the regulation.
What the hazards are to consumers
The failure to include the fire hazard information may result in consumers being unaware of the fire danger rating for these garments.
What consumers should do
Customers who have purchased any of the affected garments from a Trade Secret store should cease using them and return the garments to any Trade Secret store for a full refund.
