What are the defects?
Fluke has determined that in some cases the housing fastening points of the BC1735/EELV Power Adapters may be loose, which may lead to separation of the housing.
What are the hazards?
Potential electrical shock, which may cause serious injury.
What should consumers do?
Stop using any unit with a date code of 03140 immediately.
