Previously only products manufactured between certain dates were subject to recall; now FUJIFILM Australia Pty Ltd has decided to recall all 30x40” Glass Prints (PC1256).

What are the defects?

The J-shaped hanging track fixed to the back of the print may become detached.

What are the hazards?

If the hanging track becomes detached, the print may fall from the wall and create a risk of injury.

What should consumers do?

Consumers should immediately remove the print from the wall. Affected consumers will be contacted directly to arrange the return of the product for a full refund.
