GCC Elite XL 608/808/1208 and 616 Laser Printers were sold in Australia over the period 1994 - 2000.
Reasons the product is recalled
A fire risk safety issue has been identified with these products. In the event that a screw in the fuser unit in the machine loosens, a risk of arcing occurs that may heat a contiguous part to the point of ignition if the unit is switched on 24 hours a day.
